USMJParty of Wisconsin

I am starting the Wisconsin State Chapter of the United States Marijuana Party to support and act on all legal methods of this problem we face. I want to find people here in Wisconsin who understands the laws here and to put together peacefull marches to help the USMJParty further it's cause. From what I have seen and learn so far no one has been hurt from having a peaceful march! Except the march at the DNC convention in Denver! I am truely ashamed of my home town and the police (I have family on the force there) could not contain themselves. It looked to me like they thought it was the 1960's instead of the now. 

This site has been set up for people to have their say as well as to blend our ideas and to take appropiate actions to turn the tide our way. Now I want to say that I look at this several differant ways. The effect on our federal,state, county plus our cities, all are part and parcel to the fight. It will provide more jobs, more taxes, better health. Plus to stop our prisons and jails from becoming so full that we barely have room for the muderers and CEO's that embezel to stay. This is a tax that is not needed.  That is over 1 Million Dollars per person,per year.

There is a case in Texas called Rosebud. They ran out of room in their prison system  for average dealer or user, the powers that were, let a man that had mudered several girls out. He went home to Rosebud Texas and started to murder young girls all over again.The man is a serial killer! WHAT IS FAIR ABOUT THIS!  The problem is 3 strikes your out! We are filling our prison with people that have a oz. of weed or a single pipe. And after you get arrested for the same small amount for a 3rd time, you are put in prison for life!

So the biggest thing is that this country; FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE! We forget that this is our country and the Congress  will  listen if we have big mouths, peacefully, and persistantly saying we want this for the good of the country. Now please let us not dump weed in the bay as our forefathers did with tea. Let us find the proper way to work our magic. I believe that the USMJ Party has the right idea with people running for office in all states and all ways. I feel a big ground swell of people writing there reps. in the senate and congress will make them aware that this prohibition is not going to work any longer.It never worked for booze! We hang carrets in front of their faces. Like more jobs and more taxes and better health care. That is the way they think. Now One more thing is to be strong and honest about what we want, without hurting ourselves or the HILL. You can get more from them with peacefull methods, like marching and letter writing.

I suggest we all get together and on one 1 day send emails to our reps. They would be overwelmed by the amount of emails. It will bring forth what we really want, which is to get them to listen. It is an all or nothing idea that would help the cause.

This is my baby that I share with a lot of others who are way ahead of me.

LET US NOT JUST TALK THE TALK

WE ALSO NEED TO WALK THE WALK

EVERY STATE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED AND LEND A HAND

IN ANY FORM YOU HAVE TO OFFER.

THIS IS ALL NOT FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA

BUT ALSO FOR THE EVERY DAY SMOKER.

AS I HAVE SAID

THIS GOVNERMENT IS FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE

WE NEED A SMALLER GOVERNMENT

AND TO CHANGE SOME INPORTANT LAWS

THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO START

AND I WON'T BACK DOWN

OR STAND DOWN.

I will use my name openly for the cause, I am not ashamed of my belief of repealing the prohibition of MARIJUANA ! I physicaly need to have access too it for a few of my medical problems! If this will keep me on my feet longer and not in a wheelchair then this will be done. Not possibly done, but done for the health for all in the USA. Our federal system needs it to help clean up the mess of bailouts.
